Is there a free trial?

Yes. The Freelance plan is free for the first month — no credit card required. You get 1 seat, 1 unmoderated project with basic profiles, AI summaries, and access to the full toolset.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time by speaking with your Customer Success Manager. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades will apply at the start of the next billing cycle.

Is participant recruitment included in my plan?

No, participant recruitment costs are not covered by the subscription. Your plan only covers project management for the included number of projects.

Both recruitment costs and participant incentives are extra and invoiced separately.

Recruitment is billed on a usage basis at standard panel rates (ranging from €49 per participant, depending on B2C/B2B and profile complexity).

What is the cost to add an extra project with my plan?

The price depends on your subscription plan and the type of project:

Unmoderated and BYO (Bring Your Own) projects:

Growth: +€50/project

Team: +€100/project

Freelancer: +€150/project

Moderated projects:

Additional projects start from €50 to €250/project (the exact starting price depends on your plan).

Do you offer annual discounts?

Growth and Partner plans qualify for volume discounts when committed annually. Talk to our team for a custom quote tailored to your study cadence.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card and SEPA direct debit on all plans. Bank transfer and invoiced billing are available on Growth and Partner plans.
