INFORMATION ABOUT INAMO

By becoming a member of inamo, you can apply to participate in studies conducted by various companies. The purpose of the studies is to improve the companies’ existing or future services and products. When you have participated in a study commissioned by inamo, you will receive compensation in the form of a gift certificate. There is no employment relationship between you as a member and inamo.

inamo offers its members the opportunity to participate in studies that are conducted both online and physically on site. The assignments can be of a different nature, for example:

  • Interviews
  • Tests of prototype/app/product/service
  • Diary studies
  • Workshops
  • Mm

COMPENSATION TERMS

If you have been awarded a place in a study through inamo, you are entitled to compensation for your participation after completing the assignment. The compensation is in the form of a gift certificate and the amount is determined for each individual assignment, which is presented in the respective application. To request your compensation after completing the assignment, identification via Mobile BankID is required in your account in the member portal. 

Since compensation in the form of gift cards is covered by Swedish law, inamo as the payer is obliged to report the compensation to the Swedish Tax Agency. Compensation must be reported to the Swedish Tax Agency as a basis for social security contributions and income tax. Each calendar year shall be assessed separately, and income tax will be applied to total values ​​over SEK 1000. Any tax deduction for compensation is made retroactively on the income tax return and is not carried out by inamo.

inamo is not responsible for any disruptions or delays related to the gift card. In the event of technical problems, the issuer of the gift card should be contacted. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days after the assignment has been completed before the compensation can be requested.

inamo reserves the right to refrain from sending gift cards for completed assignments if any of the following occurs:

  1. That you showed up for the assignment more than 10 minutes later than the agreed time (online or on site) 
  2. That you have shown a reluctance to complete the assignment according to the moderator’s instructions 
  3. That you behaved inappropriately 
  4. Provided false information

The moderator for the assignment has the right to cancel the assignment if any of the above occurs.

 

MOBILE BANKID

We use Mobile BankID to maintain a high level of security and ensure that paid compensation reaches the correct recipient. Identification via Mobile BankID enables inamo to retrieve your personal identification number and full name, information that is required by law for paid compensation to be reported correctly to the relevant authority. No other information is obtained via identification with Mobile BankID. We believe that Mobile BankID is extra important in that we mediate contact between private individuals and companies. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that no compensation will be paid if you cancel or do not perform the assignment as agreed.

• Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Call us at 08-52027555 or email hello@inamo.ai to cancel your appointment.

• If you cancel later than 24 hours in advance, it will result in a remark in our systems. If you have received two remarks, you will unfortunately not be able to apply for more studies.

• If you choose not to show up for your scheduled appointment without notifying us in advance that you are unable to participate, you will not be able to participate in studies for six (6) months. If this is repeated a second time, you risk having your account suspended.

 

USE OF THE PLATFORM

Only natural persons may have membership in the inamo member portal and shall only hold one account in the member portal. You are responsible for all your activity on the platform and are expected to provide truthful information.

If you as a member open multiple accounts and this is discovered, you risk having your membership revoked and your account suspended. You may also be revoked if your membership is not for the purpose of using the platform in accordance with the section “INFORMATION ABOUT INAMO”. 

inamo reserves the right to suspend your account and revoke your membership without having to justify the action.

As a member of inamo, you always have access to the platform if none of the above measures have been taken. We are not responsible if you have limited access to the platform due to:

  1. An external party attacking or otherwise damaging the platform
  2. That an external party causes a virus or similar
  3. Disruptions to the internet or cloud provider infrastructure
  4. Other operational disruptions caused by a third party

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

inamo II AB has full ownership of all intellectual property rights to the Services and the Platform. Intellectual property rights refer to all registered and unregistered rights granted, applied for or otherwise now or hereafter existing under or relating to patents, copyrights, design rights, database rights, topography rights, trademarks, service marks, the right to apply to register any of the aforementioned rights, trade secrets, rights to unpatented know-how and all other intellectual property or industrial rights, in any part of the world.

LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

inamo makes no warranties. As a member, you use the platform as is without warranties from either inamo or its suppliers. inamo does not guarantee that the platform will be error-free or continuously usable. Nor does it guarantee that defects will be corrected.

inamo’s and the member’s liability is limited as follows: 

  1. inamo is not liable for consequential or indirect losses, such as loss of compensation, costs and/or time. 
  2. Under no circumstances will inamo be liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from or in connection with membership.
  3. The limitation of liability in the above-mentioned points shall not apply if the Party has acted intentionally and/or with gross negligence.

 

APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

The Agreement shall be governed by Swedish substantive law. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with the Terms of Use, or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce. The place of arbitration shall be Stockholm. The arbitration shall be conducted in English.

 

CHANGE OF MEMBERSHIP TERMS

inamo may make changes to the membership terms and conditions. Before a change in terms and conditions comes into effect, you will be informed via a notice from us.
